Requirement:

  1. Bachelor or above degree in the major of polymer/material/chemical science,expertise in dealing with automotive relevant customers;
  2. Fluent in written and spoken English,proficiency in Chinese is also required
  3. Strong international mindset and multi-cultural ability,excellent internal and external coordination capability;
  4. 5 years + sales experience in plastic/Auto industry, excellent negotiation skills, customer relationship build up and maintain;
  5. Ability of multi-product lines and projects management
  6. Capable to handle direct customer and distributor;
  7. Knowledgeable of market layout, self-motivated to develop and meet sales goals;
  8. Ability of market dynamic info collection, analysis and convert to directive sales strategy;
  9. 35 years old or younger are preferred

Responsibility:

  1. Responsible product:
  • Engineering plastic: Polycarbonate and its compounds;
  • Biodegradable plastic: PBAT and its compounds
  • Special plastic: PA12 and its compounds
  • Other new products;

2.Territory: South East Asia

3.Sales management

  • Interact with all existing customers in region, maintain relationship
  • Stay close communication with distributor in region to develop sales goal and coordiante internally and externally to support distributors to achive the sales target.
  • Exploreing the possibility to enhance Wanhua presence in market and develop direct customer

4.Planning, Implementing and reporting.

  • To establish sales objectives and forecast and developing annual sales plan;
  • Develop appropriate marketing/pricing strategy and get approval from management team;
  • Implement sales strategy to achieve annual sales plan;
  • Fulfill the reporting obligation assigned by the management team;

5.Market monitoring

  • Monitoring market dynamic (supply vs demand, competitor’s strategy/price etc) and customer attitude/sentimental related to business
  • Supporting decision making in strategic marketing and business management through proposals.

6.Internal coordination

  • Coordinate with sales manager in other region to synergistically perform the customer penetration.
  • Work with TS/Supply Chain/Customer service to provide essential complementary service to customer.
