该职位来源于猎聘 岗位地点: 北京、上海、深圳,(可依据具体情况而定) 岗位职责: 1、负责公司储氢供氢系统产品在中国区的销售业务,对公司销售目标负责。 2、主要客户群体为整车企业(新能源)以及燃料电池系统公司,以及其他移动工具制造商。 3、挖掘和引导客户需求,结合公司产品优势进行系统解决方案的销售与布道。 4、与研发、项目管理、财务等部门紧密配合,以实现公司的利润提升以及现金流优化。 5、带领和培养一支优秀的中国区销售团队。 任职要求: 1、10年以上一级汽车零部件产品及系统的销售经验,5年以上销售团队管理经验。 2、有强烈的创新与开拓精神,同时有良好的团队协作能力。 3、良好的中英文沟通能力,以及面对复杂任务与局面时的优先级排序能力。 4、精通汽车行业的销售流程与规范,熟悉OEM整车企业的采购以及开发流程。 5、本科或以上学历。 优先录用资格: 1、有外资企业(含外商独资、中外合资企业)的工作经验。 2、有汽车动力总成系统销售经验,如EMS(发动机管理系统),BMS(电池管理系统)。 3、有车载储氢供氢系统销售经验,或车载燃料电池销售经验。 4、有车载通信系统,车联网产品与技术的销售经验。 5、有MBA学历。 Job Title
China Sales Director Job location: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, (depends on specific case) Roles & Responsibility: 1、Responsible for the sales business of the company's hydrogen storage and hydrogen supply system products in China, and responsible for the company's sales targets. 2、The main customer groups are OEM vehicle companies (new energy vehicles), fuel cell system companies, and other mobility tool manufacturers. 3、Mining and guiding customer needs, combining with the company's product advantages to sell and evangelize company’s system solutions. 4、Cooperate closely with R&D, project management, finance and other departments to achieve the company's profit improvement and cash flow optimization. 5、Lead and cultivate an excellent sales team in China. Requirements: 1、More than 10 years of sales experience in Tier1 auto parts products and systems, and more than 5 years of sales team management experience. 2、Have strong innovation and pioneering spirit, and a great team player. 3、Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to prioritize when faced with complex tasks and situations. 4、Proficient in the sales process and specifications of the automotive industry, familiar with the procurement and development process of OEM vehicle companies. 5、Bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred Qualification: 1、Have working experience in foreign-funded enterprises (including wholly foreign-owned enterprises and Sino-foreign joint ventures). 2、Experience in sales of automotive powertrain systems, such as EMS (engine management system), BMS (battery management system). 3、Experience in sales of vehicle hydrogen storage and supply system, or vehicle fuel cell sales experience. 4、Experience in sales of in-vehicle communication systems and Connected-Vehicles products/technologies. 5、Have an MBA degree.
