Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 CTC

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Foreman to lead their workshop operations in Roodepoort.
Essential Requirements:
- Red Seal Trade Qualification (Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic)
- Proven supervisory/foreman experience in an automotive workshop
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage workshop technicians and mechanics
- Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow
- Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards
- Manage job allocation and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency
- Ensure health and safety compliance in the workshop
- Conduct quality inspections on completed work
- Drive team performance and productivity
- Liaise with service advisors and management
