Assign work to technicians to ensure efficient workshop operation Plan incoming work, manage team resources, and optimise technician productivity Oversee daily workshop functions to meet deadlines and operational standards Lead and motivate a team of 10 technicians, ensuring high levels of performance Maintain communication with clients and provide status updates on ongoing jobs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop Requirements of the Workshop Supervisor :
