Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Workshop Engineer / Quality Control professional at Baltic Spares Service. The role is based in Gdańsk (Poalnd) at our Workshop. The responsibilities include maintaining heavy equipment, 4 Stroke marine Engine parts, conducting quality control checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, performing repairs and maintenance in workshop and delivering technical training. The role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure that all projects meet the required specifications and timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience with Heavy Equipment especially 4 Stroke Engines and Workshop operations
- Proven skills in Maintenance & Repair of equipment
- Excellent Communication and ability to collaborate with teams and clients
- Experience in Training and mentoring technical personnel
- Technical expertise and knowledge of quality control processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Polish citizenship is a must / others will be declined
