Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Engineer, based in Cairo. The Workshop Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, ensuring workshops operate efficiently. The role involves conducting troubleshooting and diagnostics, implementing maintenance schedules, managing workshop operations, and training technical staff to maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting
- Experience in managing and working with heavy equipment
- Knowledge of workshop operations, including maintenance and repair of machinery
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for technical teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
