Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrington for a Workshop Controller at Diamond Trucks. The Workshop Controller will manage workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to quality standards, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating tasks for workshop effectively communicating with customers and staff, and overseeing aftersales services to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

- Experience in workshop operations and body shop management
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction and addressing customer needs
- Effective communication skills for managing teams and interacting with customers
- Knowledge of aftersales processes and services
- Organizational and leadership skills to ensure operational efficiency
- Proficiency in managing a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience in the automotive or truck industry is an advantage
- Relevant certifications or training in automotive or workshop management are preferred
