THE ROLE

The Technical Lead is one of Zyvoltis's most critical

hires. You own the complete technical lifecycle of every EV charging station,

from site survey and electrical design through installation, hybrid

Solar-battery commissioning, COREN-registered, and a holder of NEMSA Competency

Certificate. Furthermore, no charging station can be legally commissioned

unless it has been duly inspected, tested, and certified safe for use by NEMSA.

This position entails a hands-on leadership role with a well-defined progression

to the Technical Director as the network expands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Conduct full site surveys for all

proposed host locations, power supply, cabling, civil works, and solar

positioning

Produce a Site Deployment Plan for each

station covering electrical design, equipment layout, and hybrid energy

configuration

Manage all chargers 22kW, ABB Terra DC

units, solar panels, LFP batteries, and inverters

Supervise all civil works, electrical

installation, and cable routing at each site

Commission the hybrid solar-battery-grid

system and verify performance against the design specification

Own the NEMSA import approval process,

installation inspections, and post-installation certification for every

station, and the NEMSA company certification

Maintain a Preventive Maintenance

Schedule – quarterly visits minimum, 24-hour fault response SLA

Produce a monthly technical report

covering uptime, faults, maintenance activity, and equipment status

WHAT YOU BRING

BSc. Engineering or HND in Electrical /

Electronic Engineering or related discipline

- COREN registration – mandatory and non-negotiable

NEMSA competence certification or an active NEMSA membership

A relationship is mandatory

Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical

installation, power systems, or renewable energy

Hands-on experience with solar PV and

Battery hybrid systems are strongly preferred

Familiarity with EV charging equipment –

OCPP protocol, Type 2, CCS – is a strong advantage

Proven ability to manage contractors and

Civil works on-site
