We are looking for an experienced Warranty Supervisor to join our automotive aftersales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead warranty operations across multiple branches.
- Manage OEM warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.
- Oversee warranty administration processes and support continuous process improvement.
- Conduct warranty audits and analyze trends to improve claim approval rates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as the main point of contact for OEM warranty matters.
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate warranty reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in automotive warranty operations, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of OEM warranty administration, claim management, warranty compliance, and technical auditing.
- Experience using ERP/DMS systems and OEM warranty portals.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
