Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and review day-to-day warranty claims according to our policies and KPIs.
- Verify warranty policies and procedure applications.
- Cooperate with senior team members about cases in analysis and reflect on closed cases.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all warranty claims are correctly dispatched to dealers and that all distributor payments are made correctly.
- Support with warranty data analysis.
- Manage quality issues and report back to our HQ in China on a weekly basis.
- Pass product updates to dealers and to the technical teams.
- Support with containment activities for quality reporting.
- Act as the Key Business User (KBU) of the warranty control IT system and cooperate with the IT department on issues and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related.
- 3 years of experience with warranty in the automotive industry; experience with EV cars is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English, Dutch and French.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Problem solver that can analyze the root cause of issues.
- Experienced with project management.
- Strong inter-departmental coordination and communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Can collaborate well in a team.
