The Opportunity

We are looking for a Warranty Manager to join our Operations team, taking responsibility for the coordination and execution of warranty and after-sales activities across our projects.

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and project performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate and manage warranty and after-sales service activities across projects
  • Plan and allocate human and material resources to meet agreed service scopes
  • Supervise and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors during service execution
  • Monitor the financial performance of warranty projects
  • Act as main customer interface, coordinating activities and ensuring service quality
  • Identify new opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, and support customer retention

Your Background

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering
  • High level of English (minimum B2), both written and spoken
  • Strong organisational, communication, and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work in international and dynamic environments
  • Experience in team coordination or similar roles is valued
