Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Volvo Trucks Sales Representative, based in Tbilisi. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, establishing strong and lasting customer relationships, and promoting Volvo trucks to meet sales targets. Additional tasks involve developing tailored sales strategies, providing product information, and negotiating contracts to ensure client satisfaction while maximizing revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Technical and product knowledge of heavy vehicles and automotive solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and tailor solutions
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets within set timelines
- Familiarity with the automotive or transportation industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Georgian; additional language skills are a plus
