We are offering a competitive basic salary between £31,300 and £42,740, depending on skills and experience, based on a 42-hour working week with No Weekend Working.
You will also receive a sign on bonus of £1000 in month one of your employment and an additional £1000 in month 13!
The Role
As a key member of our aftersales team, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience built on trust, quality, and professionalism. As a Senior Technician, you will be the go-to expert for complex diagnostics, as well as servicing and repair work, ensuring vehicles are fixed right first time.
You will use your technical knowledge to support efficiency within the workshop, working closely with Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, customers, and senior management. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and clear communication will be central to everything you do.
What We’re Looking For
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
- A recognised automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT licence (preferred but not essential)
- Your own tools
- A full UK driving licence
