Monday to Friday, 3‑week rotating shift pattern – Week 1: 06:00‑14:30, Week 2: 07:30‑15:00, Week 3: 11:30‑20:00. One in three Saturdays on a rota, with a day off in the week.
Salary: £39,715 basic + bonus (OTE £50,000+)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client’s commercial dealership in Exeter. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of vehicle makes and models.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations and brake inspections
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
- Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements
- Experience as a vehicle mechanic and a relevant and up‑to‑date Level 3 qualification
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- A fully stocked toolbox for use on the job
