You’ll be joining a modern workshop with state-of-the-art facilities, manufacturer training and a clear pathway to keep developing your skills. Whether you already have main dealer experience or you’re an experienced technician looking to move into the Jaguar Land Rover brand, we’d like to hear from you. What’s on offer Basic salary of £32,282 – £34,445 Annual bonus potential of up to £18,396 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays State-of-the-art workshop facilities Manufacturer training and development Fast-track accreditation for non-brand technicians Company pension scheme Employee referral programme Flexible working patterns and applicable rotas Industry-leading onboarding and induction The role As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll carry out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to manufacturer and dealer standards.
You’ll work on the latest Jaguar Land Rover technology, complete vehicle health checks and videos, and continue developing your skills through manufacturer training pathways, including Hybrid and BEV technologies. What we’re looking for NVQ / IMI qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance Full UK driving licence Good attention to detail and pride in your work Confident using workshop systems and diagnostic equipment Main dealer experience would be ideal, but is not essential Manufacturer training or brand accreditations would be an advantage Southeast Motors is a privately owned automotive retail group representing some of the world’s most renowned automotive brands across the South East.
