Responsibilities
- Detecting and tracking vehicle damages occurring during import, stockyard, and dealer shipment processes
- Managing and improving damage-related processes with logistics suppliers
- Conducting detailed inspections of damaged vehicles and preparing root cause analyses
- Reporting vehicles arriving damaged during import operations and sharing reports with relevant departments
- Opening, monitoring, and finalizing damage claim files with insurance companies
- Coordinating with the accounting department regarding damage costs, depreciation, and compensation processes
- Preparing regular damage reports and presenting them to senior management
- Developing process improvement and cost reduction recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in damage management, quality, or logistics within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of damage assessment, reporting, and claim management processes
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools
- Good knowledge of insurance processes (surveyors/experts, claim file management, compensation procedures)
