Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator – Cricklewood
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join an established Accident Repair Centre in the Cricklewood area.
Position Details
- Salary: up to £50,000 per annum + Bonus
- Permanent Role
Key role and responsibilities
- Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
- Use computerised estimating systems
- Calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs
- Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
- Contact customers to provide updates
Minimum requirements
- Currently working or have worked within the last 3 years in an identical role at an accident repair centre
- Working experience with Audatex (or similar estimating software)
- ATA certification advantageous but not essential
- Ability to meet customer expectations and demonstrate great service skills
