Your role is to connect, evaluate, negotiate, and earn the business, every time.
What You’ll Do
- Work 100% inbound opportunities, no cold calling, no chasing leads
- Set appointments and confidently guide customers through the process
- Evaluate vehicles accurately, including condition and equipment
- Negotiate purchase terms and acquire vehicles directly from customers
- Manage the entire transaction from first contact through payment
- Deliver a fast, professional, and customer-first experience
Who Succeeds Here

- Confident in negotiating and guiding decisions
- Moves with urgency while staying detail-oriented
- Background in automotive sales, BDC, appraisals, or inspections is a plus
