Manukau Toyota, the flagship dealership of the Manukau Toyota Group, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Administrator to join its busy Finance & Administration team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous dealership administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and delivering exceptional support to the wider team.

Working closely with the Sales, Finance and Administration departments, you’ll play a key role in processing vehicle transactions, registrations and dealership documentation while helping ensure the smooth operation of one of New Zealand’s busiest Toyota dealerships.

This is a varied role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing vehicle registrations, RUCs and change of ownership documentation
  • Managing vehicle deal packs and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Processing vehicle sales, deliveries and related administration
  • Maintaining accurate vehicle and customer records across dealership systems
  • Assisting with month-end processing and reporting requirements
  • Supporting the wider Finance & Administration team with daily operations
  • Liaising with Sales Consultants, Business Managers and internal departments
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes

About You

  • Previous automotive dealership administration experience is highly desirable
  • Experience with vehicle registrations, sales processing or deal administration
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Professional communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Confident using computer systems and learning new processes
  • Full NZ Driver Licence
