Job Description
Ford Business Solutions is looking for a
Variable Dealer Margin (VDM) Program Authoring Specialist
to join our Dealer Operations Team in our Szentendre office.
Looking to kick-start your career in an international business environment? Join our team and work closely with Marketing, Sales & Finance teams while managing dealer incentive programs and supporting business operations across Europe.
Responsibilities
What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
- Support dealer program setup in a dedicated internal company system called MPS2
- Manage payment processes & eligibility checks
- Handle data updates and reporting
- Work with cross-functional teams on campaigns and process improvements
- Help improve templates and AI-driven initiatives
Qualifications
Are we looking for you? Yes, if…
- You’re detail-oriented and organized
- You enjoy working with data and processes
- You’re fluent in English
- You’re confident with Excel & Word
- You’re a team player with a problem-solving mindset
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
- Experience in Sales/Marketing/Finance is a plus
