Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team in Auckland. This on-site role involves assisting customers with selecting pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing client inquiries, maintaining vehicle displays, and building lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve performance targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling inquiries and maintaining records
- Knowledge of automotive products and trends is an advantage
- Proficiency in handling technology and sales systems
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license required
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus
