to step in, take the wheel, and lead our used car operations in Athens to the next level.
What the Role Looks Like
This isn’t a passive desk job. You will be the strategist and the driving force behind our entire pre-owned ecosystem. Your mission is to balance a dual strategy: keeping our showroom floor buzzing with retail customers (B2C), while simultaneously managing large-scale corporate partnerships, trade networks, and critical buy-back programs (B2B) with RAC and leasing companies.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Leading from the Front: Coach, inspire, and work alongside our showroom sales team. You are there to help them smash targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Mastering the Buy-Back Cycle: Take ownership of our corporate buy-back agreements. You will oversee vehicle returns, handle end-of-contract inspections, and ensure these cars are quickly prepped, priced, and flipped for maximum return.
- Building a B2B Network: Connect with independent dealers, traders, and fleet managers to open up smooth, high-volume sales channels.
- Sourcing & Pricing Strategically: Keep our inventory fresh and highly sellable. You will track the Greek market closely to make smart calls on trade-ins, auctions, and dynamic retail pricing.
- Digital Merchandising: Work with our marketing team to ensure our cars look great and get noticed across all major online platforms and marketplaces.
What We Are Looking For
- Automotive DNA: You have 3–5 years of real leadership experience in used car sales management, and you understand both the retail showroom floor and the wholesale fleet/buy-back side of the business.
- Market Intuition: You know the Greek used car market inside out, understand residual values, and have an established network of contacts (dealers, leasing players, RAC operators).
- A People Person & Negotiator: You can connect effortlessly with an everyday retail buyer, but you are equally comfortable sitting across from corporate partners negotiating a bulk contract.
- Tech-Comfortable: You understand how to leverage DMS, CRM platforms, and digital listing tools to streamline operations.
- Communication: Fluency in Greek is a given, along with solid professional English for corporate reporting.
