Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Geelong, VIC, for a Used Car Sales Specialist. The specialist will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets through professional automotive sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and the ability to understand customer needs effectively
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategies
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience
- Experience in Automotive Sales, including knowledge of vehicles and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
