Working in our Aftersales Department, you’ll be at the centre of vehicle preparation operations, managing technicians and liaising with smart repairers and Bodyshop’s to make sure every new and used vehicle is prepped on time and to manufacturer-approved standards.

What you’ll do day to day
- Responsible for the Process of preparation of new and used BMW and MINI vehicles
- liaising with smart repair teams and dent technicians & Bodyshop’s.
- Working to deadlines ensuring vehicle are prepared on time
- Controlling a team of sales preparation technicians
- Monitoring quality of work and ensuring all vehicle meet the BMW approved status
- Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets
- Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the sales team
- Achieves agreed profits and retention levels
Helpful skills and qualifications

- Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Administrative skills are essential for this role
- Ability to work to timescales effectively
- Clear understanding of I.T systems Excel, keyloop drive etc.
- Good communication and a passion for delivering great Result
