Overview
Grow & develop business in assigned markets & accounts by selling & executing planned territory initiatives and effectively coach frontline sales team for improved execution
Responsibilities
- Develop regional business strategy through wider – deeper Key Account & indirect coverage.
- Ensure PGSB execution.
- Drive direct coverage agenda for potential accounts with AU teams.
- Manning deployment basis RU AOP budget & coaching to develop team capability
- Put in place robust tracking measures for RU functioning
- Drive ownership on region costs with strong control measures.
- To set team KPIs with periodic review, actionable feedback & support

- Distributor management experience preferred
- Industry knowledge preferred
