- Experience in lean manufacturing & 6Sigma
- Knowledge & experience in optimization of processes/Cycle timings/Layouts
- Knowledge of Management System Tools (Quality, Environment, Safety)
- Knowledge & Experience in the related Industrial Segment.
- Experience handling unions
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, English
