Earning Potential
This is a commission‑based role where strong Sales Representatives regularly earn $100,000+ annually.
To support you as you build your career in automotive sales, Steele Auto Group provides a guaranteed minimum income of $682.69 per week during your first year, unless your earned commissions exceed that amount. This ensures stability while you develop your skills, confidence, and customer base.
We will coach and support you through hiring and your early learning stage with two experienced automotive leaders. We also provide Steele Auto Group’s Sales Playbook training, led by Ken Geddes, and ongoing learning and development through Steele University.
