Primary Job Function
We are looking for a Next Gen Diagnosis Manager to join our Customer Service Diagnostics Team. This role will coordinate the development of future vehicle diagnostics, contributing to a new ecosystem of autonomous self-diagnosis and repair.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the evolution of future vehicle diagnostics, enhancing vehicle capabilities through three key drivers:
- Priority: Prioritize electronic repair procedures for technicians to help ensure a fix-first-time approach.
- Accuracy: Develop diagnostic capabilities able to identify root causes at component level, supporting less experienced technicians.
- Software management: Enable seamless background software updates for greater peace of mind.
Develop the Service strategy for Software-Defined Vehicles.
Act as the voice of the customer during product development, ensuring that customer service requirements are effectively implemented:
- Collect customer needs and define requirements.
- Share and discuss technical requirements with Engineering.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses.
- Monitor product development activities.
- Plan testing activities.
Serve as a bridge between product development teams, customer support, quality, product validation, powertrain and the full vehicle lifecycle, enabling effective collaboration and ensuring alignment of objectives.
Balance electronic diagnostic procedures and external troubleshooting guidelines to optimize overall vehicle diagnostic effectiveness.
Continuously benchmark competitors and market practices.
Technical Skills
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in product development, customer service, engineering, software validation or quality within the automotive OEM sector.
- Strong expertise in electronic systems, combined with a solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product attributes.
- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
- Experience in cross-functional project management.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of high-voltage automotive components is a plus.

Salary Range
Applied contract: CCSL Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro (Stellantis, Iveco Group, CNH Industrial and Ferrari)
Grade: 1° Gruppo Professionale – Professional Expert
Salary Range: 55.000 € – 69.000€
Variable payment as per CCSL
