Client is seeking a Consolidation Planner – Automotive OEM Segment to support outbound transportation strategy for our Automotive Business Unit. This role is responsible for planning, optimizing, and executing freight consolidation strategies to support just‑in‑time customer deliveries. The Consolidation Planner works cross functionally with carriers, operations, customer service, and customer site teams to maximize dedicated fleet utilization, control transportation costs, and ensure on time delivery performance

- ce.Conduct daily meetings with dedicated carrier representatives to review capacity availability, coverage, and execution pla
- ns.Coordinate dedicated trailer pools, preloading operations, and pickup ready times with warehouse shipping tea
- ms.Collaborate daily with outbound finished goods shipping teams to provide carrier selection guidance and consolidation recommendatio
- ns.Lead daily meetings with Customer Service teams to ensure all required shipments are captured, capacity is assigned, shipment weights are confirmed, and consolidation opportunities are evaluat
- ed.Prepare and distribute daily reports outlining assigned capacity and shipment weights to customer service and shipping personn
