Responsibilities
- Coordinate transport operations for vehicles and spare parts, ensuring delivery efficiency and tracking control;
- Manage transport suppliers, freight quotations, payment validation, and shipment follow-up;
- Handle dealer demands related to damages, short deliveries, returns, and transport documentation;
- Analyze transport claims and support corrective actions with logistics providers;
- Prepare transport KPIs and operational reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
- Previous experience in transport, spare parts logistics, or supply chain operations;
- Experience with transport claims, tracking processes, and supplier management;
- Advanced English and intermediate to advanced Excel skills; SAP SD and Power BI are a plus;
- Organized, analytical, and problem-solving profile with good communication skills.
Location and work-mode:
- 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building, in front of Shopping Morumbi).
