Toyota of Watertown is looking for experienced ASE Certified Auto Technicians to join our rapidly expanding team!
We are seeking high-energy, detail-oriented applicants who thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. Factory training is a plus. If you meet the qualifications below, we’d love to hear from you!
Sign-On Bonus:
Toyota Certified Technicians at Expert Level or higher are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company guidelines
- Diagnose and isolate vehicle malfunctions
- Maintain a neat and clean shop area
- Ensure clients’ vehicles are repaired right the first time
Required Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have your own tools
Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or trade school degree preferred
- ASE Certification required
