We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Top End Vehicles (TEV) Consultant to support our most exclusive vehicle segment and deliver premium experiences that reflect the excellence of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
In this role, you will become a trusted advisor for customers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders, guiding every step of the customer journey from initial consultation to vehicle delivery and exclusive brand experiences.
What You Will Do
Deliver Premium Customer Consulting
- Provide end-to-end support and consultation for Top-End Vehicles customers.
- Guide customers and dealerships through complex vehicle configurations and special requests.
- Ensure a seamless and personalized customer journey at every touchpoint.
Become a Made-to-Measure Expert
- Deliver personalized Made-to-Measure consultations, both onsite and digitally.
- Act as the primary contact for questions regarding exclusive customization options.
- Manage and track customer requests, orders, and related documentation.
Create Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Build strong relationships with customers through trust, expertise, and outstanding service.
- Coordinate exclusive events, vehicle presentations, test drives, and premium experiences.
- Deliver bespoke solutions that exceed customer expectations and strengthen brand loyalty.
Collaborate Across an International Network
- Serve as the link between customers, dealerships, headquarters, and local business partners.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of luxury customer experience programs and processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, premium services, customer experience, or similar customer-focused industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and Romanian language skills.
