What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, remove, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles
- Perform tire repairs, rotations, balancing, and wheel alignments
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and overall safety
- Check and adjust tire pressure to manufacturer specifications
- Read and interpret service orders and manufacturer recommendations
- Communicate tire conditions and service recommendations with customers
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
- Operate shop equipment and hand tools safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with additional shop and service duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of tire technician, automotive, or related mechanical experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to safely lift heavy tires and equipment throughout the day
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience performing tire installations, balancing, and alignments
- General automotive repair or maintenance experience
- Experience using automotive shop equipment and diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems)
- Experience working in a fast-paced automotive service environment

This is a physically active position requiring standing for extended periods, lifting heavy tires and equipment, bending, kneeling, and working around vehicles throughout the day.
