The Tire & Lube Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance services, including tire care and basic automotive upkeep. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, rotate, balance, and replace tires as needed
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and top-offs
- Complete routine maintenance services according to company standards
- Identify and communicate minor mechanical issues to leadership
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and clearly communicate with customers as needed
- Assist team members as necessary to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive repair, tire service, or a related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
