Responsibilities
- Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair with precision and efficiency
- Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements to maintain optimal vehicle performance
- Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, belt replacements, and basic engine diagnostics
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks accurately
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance to the office manager
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
Requirements
- Prior automotive service experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and basic automotive diagnostics required
- Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs needed
- Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and alignment equipment necessary for vehicle maintenance
- Ability to lift heavy tires or vehicle parts safely during service procedures
- Strong and clear communication abilities
- Positive attitude and willing to work as a team
- Valid driver’s license
