We are currently looking for a Validation Test Technician / Validation Engineer (H/F/X) to join their team.
🔧 Your missions:
• Execute validation test setups (electrical & mechanical) and ensure proper follow-up
• Be responsible for test preparation, execution, and monitoring
• Support equipment planning, calibration, and maintenance activities
• Operate and manage test systems (load racks, HV racks, chillers, harnesses, fixtures…)
• Use automated monitoring tools to ensure test compliance and reliability
• Apply and continuously improve safety rules and laboratory standards
• Follow preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Collect, manage, and document raw test data accurately
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation equipment and processes
👤 Your profile:
• Bac +2 / Associate Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with test equipment (climatic chambers, oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, signal generators…)
• Good understanding of industrial electrical standards
• Strong hands-on mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Fluent in English (French and/or German is a plus)
