Key Responsibilities

Test Leadership & Delivery

  • Own overall testing quality and ensure timely delivery across projects
  • Drive test improvement, optimization, and efficiency initiatives
  • Create test strategy, master test plans, and resource allocation
  • Prepare test design, execution plans, and testing schedules
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and testing outcomes

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Interact with client teams to manage risks, issues, and resolutions
  • Coordinate with users during SIT/UAT phases for reviews and approvals
  • Report project status, risks, and metrics to Delivery / Program Manager
  • Ensure adherence to onsite–offshore engagement model and timelines

Team & Offshore Management

  • Manage offshore testing team and monitor day-to-day activities
  • Assign tasks, manage workload distribution, and provide clarifications
  • Lead daily defect discussion calls and ensure timely defect closure
  • Track new requirements and update testing scope accordingly

Quality & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with client testing processes and organizational standards
  • Own testing metrics measurement, reporting, and implementation
  • Consolidate and report test execution status, coverage, and defect insights
  • Ensure adherence to test processes, standards, and best practices
  • Manage project-level knowledge management activities

Reporting & Metrics

  • Regular reporting of:
  • Test execution progress
  • Defect trends and analysis
  • Test coverage and quality metrics
  • Ensure transparency and governance across all testing phases

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Mobile Testing and Digital Channels
  • Hands-on exposure to Loyalty / Rewards systems
  • Proven experience on one or more of the following Card Platforms:
  • ATOS Worldline – Ascend / SEMA (Debit & Credit Cards)
  • FIS Cortex
  • FIS IST
  • Strong domain expertise in Cards (Debit/Credit) ecosystem
