Job Description
- Offer Business Unit products to prospective customers via phone or teleconference.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations for the point of contact (PIC) or decision-maker at prospective customers regarding the features and benefits of Business Unit products.
- Convincing potential customers by providing solutions through the products.
- Following up on offers with potential customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams and the Operations team to ensure the sales process through to customer installation runs smoothly.
- Updating activities and the sales process with customers/potential customers via CRM software.
Qualification
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational School/Associate’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in any field; Management/Marketing preferred
- Preferably 1–3 years of work experience as a telemarketer/sales representative/account executive; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work toward sales targets (target-oriented)
- Knowledge of automotive parts or components
- Familiarity with and basic knowledge of automotive and financial mathematics
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; understanding of B2B communication techniques is preferred
- Strong persuasive communication skills
- Strong networking skills
