Position: Technician: Used Car – Austin INFINITI

The right candidate s:
- A high level (preferably ASE Master Certified Recon Tech) to take on diagnostics and repair of all makes and models
- Have worked with a business or industry that makes a superior customer experience the priority
- Able to work with multiple product lines
- Knowledge with aftermarket parts/vendors to complete a repair
- Maintain a positive mindset and are always looking for the up-side to any challenge
- Work with integrity to stay self-motivated and productive
- Are Team-Players and want to understand and take part in the Bigger Picture
- Practice great communication by listening as well as conversing
Job Duties/Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Thoroughly inspect vehicles for proper reconditioning so they may be retailed.
- Skills to perform basic maintenance and vehicle repair needs
- Works well with team members and advisors
- Proficient with diagnosing concerns pertaining to drivetrain, electrical, suspension, brakes, etc.
- Basic knowledge required to work on a computer and learn new programs
- Have your own tools (MB specialty tools will be provided)
- Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen

- $25-40 per flag hour depending on ASE certification
