Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in the City of Cape Town. The Technician will be responsible for performing vehicle diagnostics, conducting routine maintenance, repairing Ford vehicles, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additional tasks include installing or replacing vehicle components using genuine Ford parts, maintaining organized records of services performed, and collaborating with the service team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performing repairs
- Experience with routine vehicle maintenance and servicing tasks
- Familiarity with genuine Ford parts and their proper installation or replacement
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate service records
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of safety and quality assurance standards in automotive servicing
- Certification or qualification in automotive repair or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience working with Ford vehicles is a plus
- Commitment to providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction
