Global Technical Training Manager – IVECO
IVECO is looking for a Global Technical Training Manager to lead the worldwide technical training strategy for our dealer and service network, ensuring readiness for new product launches and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilitie
- sDefine and execute the global technical training roadma
- pLead development and deployment of training programs (ICE, BEV, hybrid
- )Manage Train-the-Trainer activities and certification pathway
- sDrive blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, self-paced
- )Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product Development and regional team
- sMonitor KPIs, identify skill gaps, and drive continuous improvemen
- tManage training budget, suppliers, and technical asset
sRequirement
- sDegree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical
- )Experience in aftersales and/or technical trainin
- gStrong skills in learning design and project managemen
- tFluency in Englis
