Key Responsibilties
- Training Delivery: Lead engaging classroom, online, and practical sessions on technical systems and High Voltage (HV) technology
- Content Localization: Adapt existing training modules to meet local regulatory standards, regional technical specifications, and language requirements
- Content Development: Develop training concepts to meet specific market needs
- Material Review: Review and edit training documentation to ensure technical accuracy and clarity
- Performance Evaluation: Assess participant competency through practical examinations and theoretical testing, providing constructive feedback
- Facility Management: Support smooth operation of the training facility, including maintaining workshop equipment, diagnostic tools and the readiness of training vehicles
Qualificationa & Skills
- University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical qualification, certified High Voltage Technician or Engineer
- Proven experience in delivering technical training in the automotive sector, ideally in a dealership environment
- Strong practical background in workshop operations (service, diagnostics, repair procedures, and automotive systems)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly
- Fluency in Romanian and advanced proficiency in English or German (written and spoken)
- Driving License
