- Offer technical support for PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and vehicle certification
- Support technical training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical support or a related industry
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate level) and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing technical support for electric vehicles in the automotive industry
- Automotive repair or inspection certifications
- Chinese or English language skills
