Role Description
1. On‑site Technical Support
s Provide troubleshooting and repair support for service centers, focusing on complex issues that cannot be resolved by the centers themselves.
s Represent headquarters to handle on‑site customer complaints arising from vehicle faults.
2. Remote Technical Guidance
s Deliver real time technical guidance to the service network via the after sales system, phone, or video, and respond to technical inquiries from service centers.
3. Technical Training
s After receiving headquarters training, independently conduct regular technical training for dealers and service stations, as well as technical induction training for new model launches.
s Provide handson, onsite coaching for technicians during field visits.
4. Technical Feedback
s Prepare technical reports, fault summaries, and resolution plans to support decisionmaking for new vehicle quality improvement.
Qualifications
1. Technical Background
s 3+ years of experience in automotive technical support, dealer service stations, field service, or OEM technical assistance.
s Experience in new energy vehicle (NEV) maintenance is preferred.
2. Technical Skills
s Strong hands‑on ability, capable of independently performing troubleshooting and repairs.
s Proficient in using diagnostic tools, with solid knowledge of diagnostics and repair for battery, motor, and electronic control systems.
s Ability to write technical documentation (e.g., technical bulletins, repair case studies, fault reports).
3. Language
s Able to communicate fluently in technical language with customers (French proficiency is implied for the France market).
4. Other Requirements
s Strong sense of responsibility, stress tolerance, and result‑oriented mindset.
s Adaptable and comfortable with the fast‑paced, dynamic environment of a startup.
