Title: Technical Specialist – Porsche Saigon

Objective:
· To achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by managing all service related technical matters professionally and efficiently.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· Monitoring and handling of all technical car problem cases in HCMC and Hanoi
· Support Technician team with fault diagnostics
· “Flying doctor” to support diagnostics in critical car-down cases
· Creation and handling of technical PRMS tickets from all Porsche branches to ensure fast support/ feedback from headquarters (received tickets must be processed within 2 hours)
· Provide regular updates about common technical car issues to After Sales team, including Technical Issue Monitoring reports (TIM)
· Reporting of common technical problems to Porsche Asia Pacific (PAP), including Porsche Quality Analysis Reports (PQA)
· PIWIS Tester support (technical, updates, purchases, warranty)
· Other miscellaneous tasks and ad hoc assignments to support Porsche operations
Minimum Qualifications:
· Technical degree holder
· Extensive knowledge about vehicle systems and technologies
· 2 years working experience as a Technician
· Very good vehicle diagnostic skills
