Responsibilities:
– Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, installers and business partners throughout the entire product lifecycle.
– Perform field installations, system tests and on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational problems.
– Handle and process customer complaints; coordinate solutions and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
– Organize and manage spare parts, after-sales documentation, customer records and service data.
– Conduct field testing, collect performance information and report findings to internal teams for continuous improvement.
– Deliver after-sales technical training for dealers, installers and service partners on installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation or related fields.
– Experience in energy storage, PV, inverter or electrical engineering is preferred.
– Strong technical understanding and hands-on capability for installation and troubleshooting.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to support both business customers and end users.
– Customer-oriented mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
– English required; additional languages are an advantage.
