1. Pre-sales Technical Consultation & Solution Support: Deeply connect with overseas
customer needs, provide professional pre-sales consultation, product selection suggestions
and protocol adaptation solutions for automotive diagnostic products; assist the sales team
in in-sales technical coordination including product function explanation, demonstration
testing and configuration debugging to drive cooperation.
2. Customer Technical Training & Promotion: Lead the establishment of a standardized
customer training system, design online/offline training courses and compile training
materials; organize technical promotion activities such as product demonstrations,
exhibitions and special training, provide customized training guidance, follow up on training
effects and continuously optimize training programs.
3. Demand Feedback & Product Adaptation: Collaborate with the headquarters' R&D and
product teams, synchronize overseas customers' pre-sales needs and product application
suggestions to promote localized product function optimization; participate in overseas
testing and verification of product prototypes and put forward optimization suggestions from
a pre-sales perspective.
4. Data Compilation & Market Support: Regularly sort out regional pre-sales, training and
promotion data, analyze customer demand trends and product adaptation pain points,
output analysis reports, and provide overseas localized technical support for the
headquarters' product iteration and market strategy formulation.
5. Technical Materials & Other Work: Assist in reviewing and updating pre-sales technical
manuals and operation guides; complete other pre-sales technical support work assigned by superiors.
