SALV Group is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Representative to support its SALV Auto business unit.
SALV Auto supplies a wide range of professional-grade products for the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors, including tools, workshop equipment, consumables, and safety equipment. Its portfolio features brands such as Autoglym, Petronas, FORCH, K2, and more.
Role Description
The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of a comprehensive range of industrial consumables, tools, and workshop solutions. This role combines hands-on technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to build long-term client relationships and deliver tailored solutions across key sectors (e.g., automotive, construction, engineering).
Sales & Business Development
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory;
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B clients;
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets;
- Develop structured account plans for key clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with workshop managers, procurement teams, and technicians;
- Conduct regular site visits to understand client workflows and identify upsell opportunities;
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial, automotive, or construction sectors;
- Strong understanding of tools, consumables, or workshop environments;
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Valid driving license.
