Escort Monitoring System Group is an international research and manufacturing company specializing in the development and production of high-precision equipment for transport telematics and meteorology.

We independently develop, test, and manufacture equipment supplied to more than 150 countries worldwide. Our offices and logistics centers are located in the UAE, Mexico, India, Kazakhstan, South Africa, and other countries.

As part of our active expansion in Latin America, we are looking for a professional who will be responsible for developing the company’s business in the Colombian market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the company’s client and partner network in Colombia
  • Search for and attract new clients and system integrators
  • Conduct negotiations, online and offline meetings, and product presentations
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing partners and customers
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and business events
  • Deliver technical presentations and support solution implementation after internal training
  • Analyze the local market, competitors, and new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the company’s international team

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in telematics, GPS monitoring, IoT, transportation, automotive, or related industries will be considered an advantage
  • Experience working with technical products or equipment
  • Willingness to learn the technical aspects of the company’s solutions
  • English level: Intermediate or higher — daily communication within the international team is conducted in English
  • Fluent Spanish language skills
  • Readiness for business trips across Colombia
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and result-oriented mindset
