About the Company
Responsible for overseeing the technical support function to ensure the network support and the achievement of after-sales department. This role plays a critical part in implementing Geely’s quality and warranty policies, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across service networks.
About the Role
The Technical Quality Engineer t is responsible for supporting technical assistance, warranty operations, and product quality activities across the dealer network. The role works closely with dealers and headquarters to resolve technical issues, improve service quality, and ensure compliance with Geely after-sales standards. The position also supports dealer technical training and new model launches to ensure service readiness.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support
- Provide technical support to dealers for complex repair and diagnostic cases.
- Support the implementation of Geely technical standards, repair procedures, and service bulletins.
- Escalate technical issues to RSC (Regional Service Center), follow up on solutions.
- Monitor technical cases and support improvement of dealer technical capability.
- Warranty Management
- Support the implementation of warranty policies and processes.
- Assist dealers in warranty claim handling and resolve warranty-related issues.
- Monitor warranty performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support warranty audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Tech-Training and New Model Launch Support
- Support the delivery of technical and warranty training for aftersales.
- Support new model launches by acting as the technical focal point for service documentation, special tool preparation, dealer tech-readiness, and on-site technical support.
Qualifications
- > 5 years of experience in automotive technical support, warranty, quality, or similar aftersales operations.
- Experience in fast moving organization, with an OEM, importer (NSC), or authorized dealer network is preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and warranty procedures.
- HV Certification is an advantage.
- Hands-on, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Germany and English.
- Frequent travel required.
